Our First Anniversary!
This issue marks the first anniversary of The Englewood Review of Books. I had no idea when I launched the Review a year ago that things would have taken off as they have. Thanks to all of our readers for your support. Thanks to the publishers who have encouraged us and sent us books to review. Thanks to all of you who have written reviews. We couldn’t have made it this far without the friendship and support of all of you!
Here’s to many more years of good reading and and many more conversations in our church communities inspired by this reading!
We kick off our second year today, with an issue featuring reviews of new books by three of the most significant thinkers in the Church today — Stanley Hauerwas, Jean Vanier and Parker Palmer.
