[Multimedia Tuesday] “Old Radicals” or RIP, Art Gish.

Two weeks ago, Art Gish was killed in a tragic tractor accident on his farm near Athens, Ohio.  Art will be remembered for his commitment to peacemaking and radical Christian discipleship, as well as for his numerous books along these lines, including the classic Living in Christian Community.

Earlier this year, a short documentary about Art and his wife Peggy was released by Phil Storer and the folks at Noonday Films.  I’m told that this film was shown at his memorial service last Saturday. You can watch this film below (or watch a larger version on the Noonday Films website).

Art, thanks for all you taught about following in the way of Jesus.
You will be missed!

That’s a marvelous film, and a marvelous couple.

Art and Peggy Gish have been inspiring me for years. Thanks for making this film and their lives available for others to see.
