Great review. And thanks for your comment on our site, too!

I hope to get this book over the holidays and sink in for a good read. It is so exciting to see a revolution taking shape in the way Christianity is interacting with, and again embracing, the arts. At least, in my sphere, this is nothing short of a revolution!

I like the quote you cite above, “the church is not a religious sphere separated from the realities of the world but reveals the world’s true meaning and significance”. That's likely worth the price of admission for the book right there.

Thanks for taking the time to post these thoughtful reviews. Since Body Creative Network is about faith and the arts, I'd be happy to post a link to your site each time you review a book that would fit the "faith and arts" genre. Would you want to send me an email each time and I can create a post back to your site? I think it would be helpful to the readers of that site to read what you are writing here.

Again, thanks for serving the Body in this way.
